Meeting Terms & Privacy Notice

Neinda Advisors LLC · Effective October 7, 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to every meeting, webinar, or call hosted by Neinda Advisors LLC ("Neinda") on its Zoom account, whether joined by link, neinda.zoom.us, dial-in, or booking page. By joining or registering you accept them for yourself and, where applicable, for the organization you represent.

They supplement any engagement letter, NDA, charter, lender agreement, or other signed agreement with Neinda or John T. Young, Jr.; if those conflict with these terms, those agreements control. Your use of Zoom itself is also subject to Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

2. Conduct and confidentiality

Neinda meetings routinely involve board deliberations, lender negotiations, restructuring strategy, financial information, and material that may be privileged. Treat everything discussed or shared as confidential unless Neinda says otherwise in writing or it is already lawfully public.

You agree not to:

  • Share a meeting link, ID, or passcode with anyone not invited.
  • Record, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise capture any part of a meeting unless the host has announced it is being recorded.
  • Use any AI note-taker, bot, or transcription service to join or listen to a meeting.
  • Join under a false name, or admit others without the host's consent.

The host may hold participants in a waiting room, mute or remove anyone, or end a meeting at any time. Join from a private setting and identify anyone else in the room with you.

3. Recording

Neinda does not record meetings by default. When a meeting will be recorded, the host will say so at the start, Zoom will display a notice and play an announcement to every participant, and the host must confirm before recording begins. Remaining in the meeting after that notice is your consent to be recorded.

Only the Neinda host or a Neinda co-host may record. Recordings are stored in Neinda's passcode-protected Zoom cloud and shared only with participants or others entitled to them under the applicable agreement. Zoom's AI Companion, automated summaries, and AI transcription are disabled across Neinda's account.

If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the host beforehand or leave when the notice appears. If you believe a recording was made without notice, contact us (section 6) and we will investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.

4. Privacy notice

We collect only what is needed to run the meeting and keep it secure:

We use this information to hold the meeting, confirm attendance, maintain security, and meet legal, regulatory, and fiduciary obligations. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We share it only with Zoom as our platform provider (under its Privacy Statement; data may be stored on Zoom servers in the United States), with other participants in the same meeting, with professional advisors bound by confidentiality, and where required by law, court order, or a regulator.

You may ask what we hold about your participation, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it (section 6).

5. No engagement by attendance; disclaimers

Attending a Neinda meeting does not create an engagement, an advisory or fiduciary relationship, or any obligation beyond those in a signed agreement. Nothing said in a meeting is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice to anyone who is not a client under a written engagement.

The platform is provided as is. Neinda is not responsible for Zoom outages, connection quality, or your equipment, and is not liable for loss arising from another participant's breach of section 2. To the extent permitted by law, Neinda's liability arising from a meeting is limited to direct damages. You remain responsible for your own organization's policies and any confidentiality, securities-law, or professional obligations that apply to you.

6. Governing law, changes, and contact

Texas law governs these terms; disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. We may update these terms; the effective date above is the current version, and joining a meeting after a change means you accept it.
